Terms Of Service

Payment Rules:

• Payment will be made via Paypal or Cashapp. I will not accept Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency.• I will not sell to accounts newer than one month or those who make and sell NFTs.• Commercial use is currently 10$ extra.• You will have 72 hours to pay or forfeit your claim - unless otherwise specified.• Buyer will get full res transparent pic of the adoptable, bio background, and their accessories and mini bio if applicable, and I will transfer the character to them over email.• If you are underage, you must have your parent's permission to purchase from me, especially if your parent is the one paying for it.• No refunds.

Use and Resell Rules:

• Designs bought from me may not be widely copied and redistributed unless the commercial fee is paid - if you would like to make the character's family members or species for backstory purposes, this is fine, as long as you do not resell the derivative designs or redistribute them to anyone else. Please ask me if you have any questions.However, in the case you do design others of that family, all derivative characters must be wiped upon trading the original character.• Buyer may trade design, get commissions of the design, and/or include the design in personal projects.• If you do resell, trade, or give away the adoptable, I will not infer with any commissions or art of the design you already made or commissioned, but you will not be allowed to make new ones once you trade ownership of it.• Designs originally obtained through trades, DTA. giveaways, or raffles cannot be sold• Any design changes may be made to the design, I encourage creating new outfits for the adoptable, adding piercings or tattoos, new hairstyles, and the like. I only ask that you don't change their core aspects, for example, disabled characters should keep their disability, queer characters stay queer, fat characters stay fat, if the character has a specified race it stays the same, etc.• If you pay for commercial use you can sell any art based on the original design, but not the original art (drawn by me) itself.• Use of any design I make in a defamatory or otherwise offensive manner will result in blacklisting from further design interactions. This will include showing the following subjects in a positive light or promoting: racism, pedophilia, homophobia/transphobia, ableism, or abuse.• You are not allowed to resell my designs as, or make my designs into, NFTs. This will also result in blacklisting you.
